1. Jimmy Williams opened the meeting.
2. There was discussion concerning having a Jocassee Trout Club trout tournament separate from the monthly JOC tournaments.  Lee Sakovich volunteered to develop a proposal for the tournament.
3. Jimmy Williams got a board made to advertise the Jocassee Trout Club and brochures printed to go with it.  He will get the board posted at Devils Fork State Park.
4. Scott Bullions will create an Action Items list to track various projects and tasks assigned to members at the meetings.
5. Scott  Bullions reported an operating balance of $867.70.
6. It was decided that the JTC would not meet in December.
7. Ken Sloan renewed his membership at the meeting.  The $25.00 cash was used to tip the waitress serving the meeting.
8. The next meeting date is for Nov 15^th.  Dan Rankin with SC DNR will present the program.
9. It was decided that we would invite a Korean War POW to come and speak at one of the meetings in 2008.
10. Ed Few showed pictures of his fishing trip in Argentina.
11. 2 visitors were present; Henry Hunt & Ronnie Sims.
12. The meeting was then adjourned.
